You know what time it is? It is Two Book Friday time! First up this week we have The Rough Patch. This is a beautiful book about a fox and his pet dog (go with it) who are best friends and spend their time working on their garden until the dog passes away and the fox works through his sadness. A great book for us as the little one is still coming to terms with having lost her dog. Gotta be honest with this one, I’m not sure I’ll get through reading the book to her without getting a bit teary, the book is that good. Also this week, a classic, The Story of Ferdinand! We watched the movie last weekend which was quite good, so now we read the book!
